Peer e Kamil follows a story of Imama Hashim and Salar Sikander. Salar, who is a young guy with an IQ score more than 150, is the neighbor of Imama, who is a medical student. She belongs to a Qadiyani family. Both of our main characters hate each other. However, the circumstances become amazing and take them into a strange situation.
