Raja Gidh by Bano Qudsia published in 1981. The story is about a beautiful girl named Samina Shah. She belongs to a rich family. Her male class fellows and a young Professor like her and want to make love relations with her. But she loves Aaftab, but he marries with some other girl and goes to the UK.
Raja Gidh teaches us some excellent moral lessons. The author nicely explains the concepts of Halaal and haraam. She explains that haram always causes the deterioration in society. Raja Gidh is truly a must read novel for every Urdu books reader.
